Fort Daniel Query

I was wondering if anyone would care to share some information about Fort Daniel with me. I'm not too familiar with what sort of sources are available, but I noticed that William C. Stewart's 'Gone to Georgia' says that William Gideon (someone whom I think is probably my ancestor) served at 'Fort Daniels' in 1814. I'm trying to figure out what the source of that information is. Does anyone know if there are any muster rolls or other documents that might shed some light here, or have any other idea as to where Stewart might have gotten this information?

A History of Georgia Forts: Georgia's Lonely Outposts By Alejandro M. De Quesada

Fort Daniel was completed in 1813 to protect the Indians aroused by the British during the war in 1812. Presumably named for General Allen Daniel. The fort was garrisoned by the Twenty Fifth Regiment of Georgia Milita. To Further protect the settlers Fort Peachtree was built on the Chattahoochee River some 30 miles away.
This link is not their roster but a possible source.
