2010 Elisha Winn Fair The 32nd annual Elisha Winn Fair is right around the corner. The Elisha Winn Fair gets larger every year. This year the fair will be held on Saturday, October 2nd, from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, October 3rd from 10 am to 4 pm. This annual fair is sponsored by The Gwinnett Historical Society as a fundraiser for the up-keep of the Elisha Winn House. As usual, the Elisha Winn Fair is held on Dacula Road (near the intersection of Hurricane shoals Road) in Dacula, Georgia at the historic Elisha Winn House built in 1811.The fair is open to the public for $3.00 an adult, children 12 and under free.
In addition to crafts, vendors, and food, we offer a county-wide quilt show, a quilt raffle, musicians, tours of the Elisha Winn Home and grounds, Civil War and historical re-enactors, and children’s activities. We need everyone’s help to make this the best Elisha Winn Fair yet. Please be thinking how you could help or be involved. Your contribution, no matter how large or small will aid us in a successful fair. We hope to see you there.
Please come out and be part of this GHS annual event. We would love to show your family a great time! If you know of any groups, vendors, or musicians that would like to participate call or e-mail the co-chairs of the Elisha Winn Fair listed below. Also contact us with any ideas, information or questions. We hope you will be a part of this Gwinnett County tradition. For more information, please contact:
